Waterborne Clear Finishes for Concrete
1400 100% Solids 2K Epoxy – Clear Gloss
A high-gloss, high-build, clear coating formulated to provide a tough, protective finish for interior concrete floors. This two-component product is solvent-free making it zero VOC, very low odor, non-flammable, and minimal shrinking upon curing. It provides excellent resistance to abrasion, marring, scuffing, foot and vehicular traffic as well as chemicals including oil, grease, hydraulic fluid, gasoline, many solvents and moderate acids and alkalies. It is ideal for use in factories, warehouses, garage floors, covered parking decks, aircraft hangars, service stations, and other applications where a heavy-duty coating is required.
8001 Epoxy Concrete Seal
Clear, chemical resistant penetrating sealer. For use on new or old concrete. Extremely durable, low odor and rapid return to service.
8005 100% Solids Two-part Epoxy Resurfacer
High solids, two-component epoxies intended to repair and protect concrete flooring. Resurfacer can be spread by squeegee, trowel, roller or brush to repair spalled/scaled concrete.
4177 Waterbased Polyurethane
A zero VOC, zero HAP’s, low odor , catalyzed waterborne polyurethane. This product exhibits outstanding film hardness, impact, abrasion, corrosion, chemical, solvent, and UV resistance. It can be applied to interior or exterior, vertical or horizontal surfaces such as concrete, masonry, wood, aluminum, ferrous metal, and VCT. Excellent for use on floors or as a general purpose maintenance coating in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. Resists hot tire pick-up.
1256 Floor Finish
Provides a glossy, wear resistant finish for tile and concrete floors. Covers 300-500 s/f per gallon.

9640, 9665 Moisture Cure Urethane
Very hard surface resistant to Acid, alkali and chemicals. High gloss, 40% solids. 300-400 s/f per gallon. Aromatic Moisture Cure (9640) and Aliphatic Moisture Cure Urethane (9665).
909 Polyamide Epoxy
Solvent based, two-component epoxy for severe use areas. Very durable and chemical resistant. Two colors and two tint bases.
1240LV Urethane Sealer
40% solids, glossy, durable finish with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Coverage is 300-400 s/f per gallon. Approved for use in USDA plants.

Penetrating stain for use on new or properly prepared concrete floors. Resistant to peeling, easy to apply and easily recoated with various products. Available in seven colors.

4392-4393 Heavy Duty 2K Epoxy Non-Skid Coating
Two-component, high-build, solventborne coating that provides a slip resistant surface for dry and wet conditions. It resists abrasion, impact, water, salt, and mild chemicals. More durable than most one-component anti-slip coatings. Low VOC formulation (compliant for most areas). Use to provide a slip resistant surface over interior and exterior concrete and metal substrates. Ideal for warehouse and factory floors, aisle-ways, parking decks, loading docks, ramps, steps and other areas where a heavy-duty , non-skid coating is desired.
9015 Series Vehicular Safety Coating

High gloss, traditional oil modified urethane finish designed to beautify and protect wood floors. Also available in Satin & Semi-gloss Finishes. MFMA approved.
1035-LV Sanding Sealer
Lower solids allow deep penetration into new or completely stripped floors.

A waterborne, high gloss, polyurethane coating formulated for interior hardwood floors including maple, oak, pine, and parquet. This one-component, clear product is ideal for gymnasiums, racquetball courts, offices, and showroom floors as well as on wood work, railings, steps, and floors around the home.
0500 Court Kote
An acrylic polyurethane with crosslinker for an extremely hard, scuff-resistant, crystal clear finish. Gloss and satin.
1256 Synthetic Gym Floor Finish
Water-based emulsion that provides a glossy, wear resistant finish on synthetic sport floors or concrete floors. Not for use on wood gym floors.

Acrylic fortified urethane for use on VCT tiles in heavy traffic areas. Can be buffed to restore gloss.
